Our shipping department operates Monday – Friday and all orders ship via UPS. Shipping speed is determined by your selection at checkout and the distance you are from our location in northeast Indiana.
We allow for a 30 day returns period on non firearms items, as long as they are in original packing and show no wear.
We are unable to offer returns or exchanges on firearms or suppressors once they have left our building.

Because of the speed at which we process orders, we are generally unable to change shipping addresses on orders unless you contact us within the first hour of placing the order.
